2. Using any Internet browser(modzilla, google chrome, internet explorer), search images using the key ‘ARITHMETIC SEQUENCE’ . Then select any 5 images that you think are most relevant to explain about what the arithmetic sequence is.  Copy those images  into Microsoft Word Document. Print the document and bring it to the next class. You need to also send your saved document to my e-mail:    before the next lecture. Make sure to write your full name and matriculation number in the document. Your work could be assessed for your final grade.

MAT112, QMT181/STA104- Course Syllabus and Scheme of Work

WELCOME to MAT112 or QMT181/STA104 classes. Hopefully we will have a good start for our lessons. I will try to make the learning easy and enjoyable but the most important of all is that you gain knowledge as much as possible. My teaching philosophy is "TO UNDERSTAND MATHEMATICS IS BY DOING MATHEMATICS". I hope to get your full attention, participation and co-operation in our process of teaching and learning. Please stay focus in class and minimize absenteeism. Please understand that we have numerous topics to complete in 14 weeks. To truly gain sound understand about all the concepts taught, students' big effort and positive attitude are also required to sacrifice the luxuries of extra hours outside the formal lecture time. You must take responsibility for your own learning process. Remember, THE MAIN REASON YOU ARE HERE IS TO SEEK KNOWLEDGE.
